As a customer service account manager with Lubica Mills State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the customer accounts and daily operations.
• Generate and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Find insurance solutions based on customers unique circumstances and needs 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
