Property Accountant | Portfolio Real Estate InvestmentsOur client is a growing real estate investment and asset management firm seeking a Portfolio Accountant to join its expanding accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to support a diverse portfolio of commercial and historic properties while working closely with accounting leadership, asset management, and third-party property managers.In This Role You Will:Manage financial reporting for multiple properties across various statesReview journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly close activitiesSupport cash flow analysis and funding requestsAssist with loan covenant compliance and lender reportingParticipate in ownership allocations and property transaction activitiesDrive reporting accuracy and process improvementsIdeal Background:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2+ years of property accounting, real estate accounting, or portfolio accounting experienceStrong Excel and analytical capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple entities and competing prioritiesExperience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plusWhy Consider This Opportunity?Stable, growing organization with a strong leadership teamCollaborative and team-oriented cultureHybrid work schedule (Fridays remote)Exposure to a diverse real estate portfolioOpportunity for professional growth and advancementThis is a direct-hire opportunity with an immediate hiring need.
