You’ll deliver exceptional service, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and educate customers on the value of routine dog care. This is a sales-driven role built on building relationships, trust, and genuine enthusiasm for dogs. What You’ll Do Drive membership sales through customer connection and education Recommend services, add-ons, and products to meet customer needs Manage appointments, customer profiles, and phone inquiries Provide a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house experience Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism What We’re Looking For Outgoing, positive personality with strong people skills Genuine love for dogs and their wellbeing Confidence in sales (membership or retail experience preferred) Strong communication and basic tech/computer skills Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented About Scenthound Scenthound is a wellness-focused dog care company on a mission to help dogs live longer, healthier lives.
