What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents during the overnight shift.

• Complete assessments and monitor changes in resident condition.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Respond to emergencies and communicate with providers as needed.

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants.

• Document resident care in the electronic medical record.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

• Help create a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment for every resident.

What We're Looking For

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license.

• Current CPR certification.

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently overnight.

• A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to outstanding resident care.
