This role requires a designer who can independently lead their work, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership from problem definition through execution, while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners. This role plays a critical part in shaping Schwab's digital experiences by driving design systems, brand expression, and experiencing modernization initiatives across web and mobile platforms.
