Registered Nurse (RN) Baylor Weekend Shift - Clinical Decision Unit (Nights) #26-1235 Job Description The Registered Nurse performs nursing functions and supervises other RNs, LPNs, and other assistive personnel in the performance of nursing care according to the state nurse practice act. The Registered Nurse assesses patient needs, plans and implements patient care, and evaluates the effectiveness of care provided. Education See License/Certification Requirements Experience One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures. Licenses & Certifications Georgia Registered Nurse License or Multistate Nursing License Qualifications NOTE: ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, Float Pool (Critical Care and Maternity), SSU if taking GI call, Cath Lab or IR Lab. NOTE: NRP within 6 months of hire into Nursery and L&D. NOTE: PALS within one year of hire in PACU Note: BLS required within 30 days of hire. NOTE: SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke. Qualifications as designated in Nursing Clinical Ladder Policy Remote Position No, not a remote employee Shift 12 hrs/7p-7a Shift Description The Baylor Weekend shift is every Friday/Saturday/Sunday or every Monday/Saturday/Sunday for 36 hours of work but will get paid for 48 hours (extra shift). The RN will work every weekend for a one year agreement. Up to 36 hours of PTO will be permitted every quarter. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tanner
