Job Summary
Columbus Dental Smile is looking for a friendly, motivated, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our growing team! We are seeking a team-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced dental environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
Assist dentists during patient examinations and dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and equipment are ready
Provide patients with a comfortable and positive dental experience
Take dental X-rays and assist with clinical procedures as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Sterilize instruments and follow infection control procedures
Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral health recommendations
Support the dental team with daily office operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous dental assisting experience preferred but not required
Dental assisting certification or relevant training is a plus
Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused personality
Reliable, motivated, and dependable work ethic
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the dental field
