Floor Leader: Sales & Guest Experience Coach
Buckle LLC
Ultipro is seeking a LIT and Floor Leader to perform sales, merchandising, and leadership duties to support a top retail experience. You will greet guests, demonstrate product knowledge, and drive store performance while developing Teammates and sustaining high service standards.
The role includes recruiting and training new teammates, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring compliance with Loss Prevention and store policies.
