Licensed Clinicians – Paramus, NJ Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Paramus, New Jersey. Qualities and Requirements LCSW fully and independently licensed in New Jersey. Clinicians must reside and be licensed in the state in which they will practice. Compensation Up to $120,900 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. What We Need Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week. A true partnership with the team. Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children. Candidates interested in growth into leadership or supervisory roles. Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours. Strong character: integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care. Enthusiasm for collaboration and professional development.
