Dental Office Manager

Job Overview As a Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) at Aspen Dental, you will lead the office in all operations to support our doctors, build lasting patient impressions, and promote trust and loyalty. Compensation Full‑time salary: $56,000 - $65,000 per year plus monthly and quarterly incentive earnings. Responsibilities Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards. Hire, develop, manage, and retain office staff. Consult with patients on treatment options, verify insurance payment and collection, and ensure high quality of care. Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, and align the sales plan to support business goals. Prepare and lead daily huddles to level set expectations and optimize patient experience and business performance. Perform additional tasks as required. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of one year managing a team of direct reports. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. People‑centric leadership style that motivates and inspires others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Demonstrated analytical thinking and data‑driven decision making.
