What You'll Do

• Assemble products and components using hand tools and detailed work instructions
• Perform mechanical assembly and quality inspections
• Follow manufacturing processes, safety guidelines, and production standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or hand tool experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manheim, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
