AI Solutions Engineer

AI Solutions Engineer Location: Raleigh, NC (this is an onsite position) Salary: $125K-$175K base + bonus (salary depends on experience) Position Overview The AI Solutions Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing innovative AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. This role combines expertise in data science, machine learning, and software engineering to create scalable and efficient AI applications. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms using Python and relevant libraries. Utilize big data technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to manage and process large datasets. Implement best practices for MLOps to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of AI solutions. Conduct data analysis and mining to extract insights and improve model performance. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science, and integrate them into existing solutions. Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions and processes. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Experience in productizing both LLM and computer vision AI/ML-enabled software. Experience in bringing products to market and commercial deployment. Proven experience as an AI Solutions Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Proficiency in Python and experience with data science frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and practical implementations. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with enterprise data systems and big data technologies.
