Night Audit - Part Time

As a Front Office Host/Night Auditor, you play a key role in creating a welcoming first impression and delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout each stay. The Front Office Host/Night Auditor is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. This position specifically works the overnight shift, hours range from 10:30pm to 8am. Open availability is essential to support operational needs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor. Responsibilities during overnight shifts include balancing daily financial transactions and preparing reports. This position requires continuous standing, frequent use of computer systems, and interaction with guests and colleagues. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications Greet guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests Provide knowledgeable and courteous service to guests and colleagues Perform night audit duties, including balancing reports and financial transactions Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations Follow all safety and security procedures Able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, in accordance with operational needs #J-18808-Ljbffr Hyatt
