RN - Outpatient Clinic

Join our dynamic outpatient neurology practice focused on treating a variety of neurological illnesses, such as TBI, stroke, CVA, and substance abuse. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in this role, you will be essential in providing compassionate care and ensuring patient safety and continuity across assigned providers. Responsibilities Manage Epic nurse in-boxes and work queues. Triage and respond to patient phone calls and MyChart messages. Process medication refill requests and route for provider signature as needed. Manage and coordinate lab and imaging orders and results. Support high acuity neurology patients, including infusion related coordination (e.g., Leqembi). Transcribe and document voicemail messages into Epic. Process inbound clinical faxes requiring provider review or signature. Abstract and enter labs (e.g., Invitae / GeneDx genetic testing). Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation. Perform other duties as within the scope of a Registered Nurse. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must possess a valid RN license (WA or Compact). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. A minimum of 6 months of experience in a nursing role is required. First-timers are accepted. Why ARMStaffing?
