Job DescriptionXPO is Now Hiring Pre-Existing CDL-A Team DriversEarn $0.974 per Mile, Split - Drop & Hook FreightWeekly Home Time* - Dedicated Routes\nTop Pay & Benefits:\n\n Mileage pay rate of $0.974 per mile, split\n Hourly pay of $35.42 will be provided for enroute waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays\n Weekly home time*\n 4,000-5,200 planned weekly miles*\n Full health insurance benefits available on day one\n 401(k) with company match\n No-touch and in-house freight\n\n(*Depending on location)\nWhat to Expect:\nAs an XPO Team, you’ll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in 2023-2026 built sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you’ll have access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you’ll never have to wait at a customer site. A typical work week will consist of either 4 or 5 days on the road, followed by 2 or 3 days of well-deserved time at home, depending on route location.
