This role is integral to the business development efforts and will work closely with sales, product, compliance, and other teams across the firm.**What you will do:*** Take the lead in executing day-to-day USWS marketing activities across print, web, social, events* Work with investment teams and oversee production of capital markets and educational videos* Manage direct client servicing and prospecting communications* Lead the marketing efforts for client events and webcasts inclusive of invitations, prep meetings, presentations, day-of event execution, follow-ups* Develop new content and amplify promotional efforts of First Eagle Academy, our practice management and investment education offering* Take ownership of smaller projects and drive tasks in support of larger initiatives* Help create more overall capacity for the team to meet the growing demand from our distribution partners and to allow for more in-depth content and sales support focus among senior members of the team**The qualities you should have:*** 2 - 6 years of relevant marketing experience with registered mutual funds, preferably with an asset management firm* Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, or related field* Excellent communication and writing skills including proofreading and editing* Proven ability to manage heavy workload and prioritize time efficiently when faced with multiple projects* Highly detail-oriented and proven analytic and problem-solving abilities* Collaborative mentality with proven experience working with multiple stakeholders* Strong customer service orientationBase Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
