Accounts Payable Associate

• $19/hour
• 8-5 with 1 hour lunch

• Duties will include matching invoices to purchase orders or other applicable documentation prior to payment, research and reconcile discrepancies, route invoices within company to obtain payment approval, code invoices and set up payment schedules, generate and prepare checks, which may require obtaining signatures, reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger and post to general ledger, prepare monthly accruals, etc. Additional duties may be assigned 
• Seeking candidates with 3-5 years of AP experience. HS diploma required. Must be accurate, pay attention to detail and handle confidential information. Proficient computer skills required. Some bookkeeping experience a strong plus.
