Strategic Equity & Executive Compensation Analyst
Northwest Consumer Discount Company
Northwest Bancshares HQ in Columbus, OH, seeks an Equity and Executive Compensation Sr. Analyst to design and govern equity programs, ESPP, and related disclosures. You will partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective communication of compensation strategies.
