Marketing Director Job Summary Pine Crest, a leading provider of skilled nursing care in Hazel Crest, Illinois, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to join our team. As a Marketing Director at Pine Crest, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and community agencies to drive admissions and increase census growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and incentive bonus structure. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral sources Analyze referrals to ensure facility can meet resident's needs adequately Facilitate a decision for admission approval and notification of admission approval timely to referring agency Recruit and credential new physicians to the facility Explain facility philosophy, policies, and procedures to potential residents, new residents, and residents' representatives Meet with members of community organizations Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Prior demonstrated, successful experience in marketing a skilled nursing facility or facilities to local referral sources Ability to meet admissions/marketing goals for census improvement/maintenance Professional tact, excellent written and verbal communication skills Maintain an accurate resident roster Work with physicians and hospital discharge planners to arrange a smooth transition to the facility Qualifications Previous experience in Long Term Care, preferably in admissions and/or marketing Must be able to read, write, and speak English Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, personnel, government agencies/personnel, and the general public Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm If you are a motivated and experienced Marketing professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
