Required Skills:

• Board Certification in Critical Care (BCC) required
• Active MA State Medical License
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 1 year ICU experience in a similar setting
• Proficiency in Epic EMR/charting software
• Ability to supervise residents and manage a 20-bed ICU
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience supervising residents or students
• Additional certifications in advanced life support or specialized critical care procedures
• Experience working in a hospital with similar ICU census and patient demographics

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active medical license in Massachusetts or willing to obtain
• At least 1 year of ICU experience, preferably in a similar setting

Other Requirements:

• Local candidates only; no travel paid or supported for this role
• Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM - 8 AM) or weekend day/night shifts
• Availability to start on or before August 24, 2026
• Ability to supervise procedures when residents are unavailable

Exceptional compensation is offered at $219.41 per hour, with diligent onboarding and credentialing expected within approximately 90 days.
