Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and health conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work, X-rays, and EKGs.
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education on treatment options and preventive measures.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHRs).
• Participate in health promotion and disease prevention initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in California.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
