Regular company outings, employee driven engagement, development opportunities and career growth, team luncheons, diversity employee resource groups, incentive programs for high performers, and cross functional trainings What You’ll Do As our Order Puller, you will have the opportunity to: Pick, pack, and ship a variety of building materials, including mouldings and doors Read and understand pick lists and paperwork Lift, push, and pull material bundles that weigh between 49-69 lbs. Continuous training with all warehouse personnel for both Safety and Operational excellence. Measure critical safety metrics on a monthly basis, identify potential issues and take appropriate actions. Surroundings.You’ll be working around moving machines – order pickers, forklifts, and mobile carts. Activity.Some activities may require operating machinery, constant walking, repetitive lifting, and using a handheld scanner. Temperature.Warehouse in a non-climate-controlled environment. Noise level.Can get noisy at times. We provide hearing protection if you need it. Dress code.Relaxed, with a few requirements regarding PPE.
