RN Supervisor Lyonsview Health and Rehabilitation Center – Knoxville, TN Full-Time 7:00PM-7:00AM or 7:00AM-7:00PM | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Lyonsview Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a RN Supervisor to oversee our overnight nursing operations in Knoxville, Tennessee . This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who can support staff, ensure quality care, and confidently manage the building during off hours. Supervisor Requirements Must hold a valid RN license in the state of Tennessee Must be reliable and available to work scheduled shifts Experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred, but not required Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care Supervisor Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care Monitor resident conditions, review care plans, and ensure accurate documentation Ensure infection control, medication administration and safety procedures are followed Participate in audits and inspections as needed Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and quality assurance documentation Serve as a point of contact for residents and families regarding care concerns Work closely with the Director of Nursing to improve care standards Act as a resource for problem-solving clinical or staffing issues Why Join Lyonsview Health and Rehabilitation Center We believe in supporting the people who care for our residents every day.
