divh2Customer Service Position at Potter Park and Zoo/h2pUnder the supervision of the Customer Service Manager and the Guest Experience Supervisor provides customer service to Potter Park and Zoo guests. Keeps work area and inventory in a neat and orderly manner and well stocked. Prepares food to health code safety standards. Performs basic math, counts cash drawer, makes cash drops, prepares various reports and tally sheets./ph3Essential Functions/h3pProvides excellent customer service to guests./ppKeeps work area clean and stocked./ppCounts cash register at beginning and end of shift./ppMonitors work radio for emergencies and follows all zoo emergency procedures./ppInforms supervisor of needed supplies, equipment repair, customer service issues and safety concerns./ppPrepares and stores food to health code safety standards./ppPrepares reports and tally sheets such as number of daily visitors, parking passes and guest passes./ppOther Functions:/pulliPerforms other duties as assigned./liliMust adhere to departmental standards in regard to HIPAA and other privacy issues.
