Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of off-the-road tires and related products, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Distribution Center supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: New Brighton, MN Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Position Type: 2-Month Contract, Likely Conversion to Permanent Shift: 5:00AM - 1:30PM; Monday - Friday What's the Job? Loading and unloading trucks efficiently and safely Stacking tires for storage and organization Stacking, wrapping, and strapping tires on pallets for shipping Performing general housekeeping of the warehouse to maintain a clean and safe environment Supporting inbound and outbound transportation processes and inventory management activities What's Needed? HS/GED Completion Ability to perform manual tasks, including bending, crouching, and reaching Basic computer skills for using warehouse management devices Experience operating forklifts and reach trucks preferred Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance Prolonged standing and physical stamina What's in it for me?
