Responsibilities What You Will Be Doing 70% Backend/Platform Services (Cloud-native & AI Workflows) 30% Web & Mobile Application Development Daily Responsibilities 70% Hands-On Coding & Architectural Design 20% Team Collaboration & Product Strategy 10% Mentorship & Engineering Culture Building (Recruiting/Code Reviews) Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience building scalable web, mobile, or backend services. Deep expertise in cloud architecture, including networking, observability, and deployment strategies. Professional experience implementing architectural patterns like event-driven systems and microservices. Proven track record of using AI-enhanced development tools (code generation, automated testing) to accelerate workflows. Strong grasp of security protocols, including OWASP and secure coding practices. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Desired Skills & Experience Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment with end-to-end delivery responsibility. Experience in regulated healthcare environments (HIPAA, PHI handling, or EHR integrations). Hands-on experience designing or integrating AI/ML features like RAG systems or workflow automation. Ability to translate complex technical strategies into actionable business outcomes.
