ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Sales-Support-Telemarketer for Diego Cervantes State Farm Agency, your creativity and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. Your diversified marketing shapes our brand’s public image and cultivates existing customer relations. Your cross-functional campaigns will expand the value generated by producers, innovate our customers’ experience, and strategically position our agency… whether on social media or at community events!
Location Address 4899 Highway 6 Ste 115F Missouri City, TX 77459 M-F 1pm to 5pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
• Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information.
• Process payments, collect/attach forms and follow up with customers as needed.
  Provide initial information to potential customers and answer basic questions about insurance options.
• Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions.
• Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.
• Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Bilingual-Spanish-Communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software.
• Professional and courteous telephone manner.
• Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
