Job Description

The PMT Requirements Analyst should be an experienced, motivated and dynamic requirement analyst to work with technical requirements of enterprise-scale projects at our Federal clients. The ideal candidate will be a great analytical thinker and communicator with outstanding facilitation and conflict resolution skills, and should possess proven skills in leading requirements teams through an entire project life cycle. Candidates should have experience:

• With requirements elicitation, writing user stories, and development of detailed technical requirements.
• Working across blended teams of government, business partner and internal stakeholders to develop, document and refine complex technical requirements.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in a complementary discipline
• 2+ years of software delivery experience, with at least 2 years in requirements management
• 2+ years of experience leading a team as part of an enterprise-scale environment
• 2+ years of experience in requirements elicitation, development and documentation
• Familiarity with Agile methodology support tools like Jira, etc.
• Strong leadership and organization skills, excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, project planning, people and team building skills

Preferred Skills:

• Master's Degree in a technical or business discipline
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Experience with Unix/Linux
