POSITION SUMMARY The Marketing Associate Manager (Performance & Reporting) supports the day-to-day performance, organization, and execution of the company’s marketing efforts. This role combines hands-on data analysis, reporting, email marketing, and team coordination to help improve campaign performance and overall marketing efficiency. Working closely across departments, this position plays a key role in ensuring marketing efforts are measurable, organized, and continuously improving. WHAT YOU’LL DO Analyze marketing performance across channels including email, digital, social media, SEO, and paid advertising Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Google Sheets Track key performance metrics such as conversion rates, CPA, CTR, and booking trends Turn data into actionable insights that improve campaign results Create and maintain company-wide spreadsheets and reporting systems for tracking performance, rate management, budgets, and key business metrics Support Owner Services with insights related to pricing, promotions, and occupancy Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in marketing, data analysis, reporting, or a related role Strong proficiency in Google Sheets , including formulas, reporting, and dashboards Experience working with marketing performance data and analytics Experience with email marketing campaign execution and analysis Familiarity with HubSpot, CRM systems, or automation tools (e.g., Zapier) Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
