Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Oil City Nursing and Rehab, a premier healthcare provider in Oil City, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to residents in our long-term care facility, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed
Monitor and report resident conditions, changes, and concerns to the nursing staff and physicians
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed
Participate in developing and implementing individualized care plans for each resident
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and treatments

Requirements

Current LPN license in the State of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of experience as an LPN in a long-term care setting preferred
