Event Specialist

We are seeking a talented Event Specialist to help organize and coordinate all aspects of our events. As an Event Specialist, you will work closely with clients, vendors, and event teams to ensure seamless event execution. Job Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish Coordinate event logistics including catering, decor, venue arrangements, and transportation Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery Help create event timelines and schedules to ensure all tasks are completed on time Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly Monitor event budgets and assist in tracking expenses to stay within financial limits Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events Collect post-event feedback from clients and participants for future improvements Ensure event compliance with health and safety regulations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, or related field preferred 13 years of experience in event coordination or planning Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Competitive hourly pay: $22 - $45 Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for career growth and development within the event industry A supportive and creative work culture Flexible scheduling with the potential for remote work #J-18808-Ljbffr Sales Match
