What You Will Do

• Lead and manage tax compliance and reporting engagements for a diverse client base
• Review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and pass through entities
• Develop and implement proactive tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and support client business goals
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing high-level tax advice and guidance
• Supervise, mentor, and develop tax managers, seniors, and staff

What We Are Looking For

• Active CPA license (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of public accounting tax experience, with increasing responsibility
• Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax compliance and planning
• Experience reviewing complex tax returns and advising clients on tax matters
• Ability to manage multiple engagements while meeting deadlines and quality standards
