Role Summary  

We are seeking a senior manager to own our lifecycle marketing program end-to-end—strategy, execution, testing, and revenue. The manager will build the team, workflows, and standards from the ground up. We have Shopify purchasers, significant warm traffic from YouTube and social media, and a fast-growing 78K+ quiz-funnel audience with significant untapped upside in cadence, segmentation, advertorial creative, flows, loyalty, and personalization. This role will have the opportunity to build email and in-house SMS/RCS marketing as a founding leadership role. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities 

• Day-to-day email and SMS/RCS strategy across multiple lists, and the send calendars that run them. 

• Campaign, flow, content, personalization, and transactional development—from strategy through reporting and KPIs. 

• Subscription and loyalty communications—building a currently ad hoc area into a deliberate, ongoing program. 

• Flow performance across the library—treat our automated revenue as a managed program, not a set-and-forget initiative. 

• Create a disciplined testing roadmap (advertorial formats, templates, offers, landing pages), in close partnership with our Copywriter and incoming Sr. CRO & Experimentation Specialist. 

• Exhibit strong leadership skills while managing the Marketing Automation Strategist and Marketing Assistant, moving to uphold high standards and provide clear documentation as the email marketing arena expands. 

Qualifications & Skills Required 

Required 

• 6+ years in email/lifecycle/CRM marketing, ideally in DTC ecommerce; direct revenue ownership. 

• Extensive Klaviyo proficiency—campaigns, flows, segmentation, deliverability—and comfort owning the platform. 

• A demonstrated track record of testing and experimentation that moved conversion and revenue. 

• Strong analytics experience: GA4, TripleWhale, revenue attribution, and clear KPI reporting to leadership. 

• Strong team leadership abilities. 

• Developed operational instinct for building workflows and standards from scratch. 

Preferred 

• SMS/RCS program experience 

• Shopify + GemPages experience 

• Health/supplement or wellness category background 

Work from Home Requirements

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and software 

• Must be comfortable and experienced using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, OneDrive)

Pay Range: $125,000 - $150,000 annually DOE 

Hours: Monday – Friday, business hours; 9am – 6pm ET
