Join a well-established, physician-led multi-specialty medical group seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to become part of a collaborative endocrinology team in a thriving community approximately 35 miles south of Portland and within an hour of Oregon's largest metropolitan area. Position Highlights

Compensation & Benefits


Base Salary

• New Graduate: $275,000
• Experienced Physician: $300,000

Additional Compensation

• Physician Associate supervision stipend: $5,000 per PA annually ($20,000 total)
• Quarterly production bonuses, typically $1,000-$10,000 per quarter
• Employment bonus/educational loan assistance: $25,000 annually for up to four years (total potential of $100,000)

Estimated Total Compensation

• $350,000-$400,000+ annually

You'll practice within a respected multi-specialty organization with over 500 providers and staff across multiple locations. The endocrinology department works closely with primary care, behavioral health, internal medicine, OB/GYN, surgery, urgent care, and other specialties to provide comprehensive patient-centered care.
