Strategic Real Estate Development Manager

Synectics

Synectics Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for a role in real estate development based in Louisville, Kentucky. The position entails identifying development opportunities, managing project schedules and financing applications, and coordinating necessary regulatory approvals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5+ years of experience in real estate development, with strong project management and communication skills.
