Position: Digital Product Manager IIILocation: Atlanta, GeorgiaDuration: Contract to hire Job ID: 179668Job Overview: The Digital Product Manager III leads the discovery, development, and performance of digital initiatives, capabilities, and/or products. This role collaborates with internal stakeholders to address complex business challenges and opportunities, optimizing the customer experience with best-in-class digital offerings. The position involves collecting, analyzing, managing, and reporting on key customer production and performance metrics.Responsibilities:Define and own the long-term strategy, roadmap, and expansion of specified digital products and/or capabilities.Manage performance data such as usage, sales, fraud, and other key metrics to provide forecasts and insights into market evolution.Guide associates in creating meaningful research and proposing data-driven ideas to close customer experience gaps in customer journeys.Own the customer journey for specific digital products and/or capabilities.Quantify investments in digital products and/or capabilities by creating agile, lean business cases, communicating their value to stakeholders, securing prioritization, and performing post-release analysis.Prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership.Identify and manage both existing and emerging risks associated with assigned digital products and/or capabilities, ensuring risks are effectively monitored and controlled.Collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization with digital channel owners, UX leaders, business leaders, technology associates, and other stakeholders to advocate for the customer and execute strategic goals.Provide guidance for front-line associates about sales or service tools, including field training and communication.Review marketing collateral for accuracy and ensure digital products are promoted effectively.Stay informed about industry research on customer behaviors, new digital offerings, providers, and regulatory impacts, and keep department and business segment leaders updated.Manage vendor relationships, including responding to and sending requests, managing risk, and ensuring compliance.Lead and mentor others within the department.Assist senior management in evaluating technical skill levels among team members and curating development plans as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years of related experience in digital banking, digital product management, business case development, or financial services.OR High School Diploma/GED and eleven (11) years of related experience in digital banking, digital product management, business case development, financial services, or business requirements/analysis.Familiarity or working knowledge of project management and/or software delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile).Preferences:Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist or Product Owner/Manager certification.Experience with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or Consumer Due Diligence (CDD).Skills and Competencies:Ability to influence and resolve conflicts.Ability to work independently with high-level direction.Critical thinking and strategic planning skills.Demonstrated success in launching digital initiatives and/or major enhancements.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Financial analysis and business case development expertise.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence.Proven ability to be effective in a shared services organization.About PTR Global: PTR Global is a leading provider of information technology and workforce solutions.
