Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join rural health clinic in east-central Oregon. Details: This Social Worker position will be a flexible position to assist with patient and resident needs throughout the Hospital District The Hospital District is comprised of four locations The Social Worker will work closely with the Hospital Inpatient Case Manager, the Hospice Social Worker and the Care Center Resident Care Manager to meet patient and resident needs Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities Experience in critical access hospital setting, long term care, or Hospice is preferred The Community: Tucked amid majestic pine‑covered mountains and sprawling high desert landscapes, this charming Eastern Oregon town offers an idyllic escape for those craving a slower, more grounded pace of life.
