Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
• Prior experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Familiarity with IEP process and school documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, voice, and fluency among elementary and secondary students
• Develop and implement targeted therapy sessions based on individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work in partnership with educators, families, and multidisciplinary specialists to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and professional standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and modifications
• Offer guidance and education to staff and parents regarding communication strategies
