Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianJoin a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the functionality of precision stainless and specialty alloy tubing products. This role involves maintaining plant equipment including mills, saws, conveyors, pumps, motors, hydraulics, forklifts, as well as manual and CNC equipment.ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance on various plant equipment such as mills, saws, conveyors, pumps, motors, and hydraulics.Conduct electrical duties including wiring control systems using electrical schematics.Install power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and connect power supply wires to machine and building equipment.Handle 3-phase power up to 480v and perform PLC troubleshooting.Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity.Perform welding and fabrication duties as needed.Essential Skills5 years of industrial maintenance experience.Electrical troubleshooting and PLC troubleshooting skills.Proficiency in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, and 3-phase power.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform preventive maintenance.Experience with pneumatics and mechanical systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma required.Ability to adapt to new technologies and work independently or as part of a team.Why Work Here?The company offers a very stable work environment with strong benefits and insurance. The job may include working roughly one Saturday a month, with potential training on day shifts.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Janesville, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
