Bilingual Communication Specialist

To support a high-performance culture, the remote Bilingual Communication Specialist will handle inbound calls related to confidential workplace concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience while managing sensitive information. Key responsibilities Engage reporters with care and ensure their information is handled confidentially Answer calls promptly, guiding reporters through the intake process with good judgment Assist with special projects and departmental responsibilities as assigned Required qualifications Outstanding customer service skills with a strong results orientation Ability to remain calm and composed in distressing situations Weekend availability, with the ability to work at least one weekend day per week Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM and experience using MS Office Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation
