We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and provide support to enhance the quality of life for our clients. The role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to educate clients and their families on behavioral strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct support to clients in various settings, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors accurately.
• Assist in developing care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Educate clients and families about behavioral health strategies and interventions.
• Maintain up-to-date medical records and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification
• 1+ year experience in ABA
• Passion for working with children
• Reliability, professionalism, and teamwork
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods is highly desirable.
• Experience in patient care, particularly with individuals on the autism spectrum, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and families about treatment plans.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
