Contract Length: Extended coverage anticipated through September 2027

Schedule & Coverage:

• MondayFriday, 5 days per week
• 34 days per week in clinic and 1 day per week in the OR
• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM5:00 PM
• OR hours: 7:30 AM5:30 PM
• No call required
• No weekends or after-hours responsibilities, except for completing and closing charts

Patient Volume:

• Approximately 3035 outpatient visits per day

Practice Details:

• Outpatient urology clinic and operating room
• Active Oregon medical license required
• Robotic surgery proficiency preferred

Clinical Responsibilities & Procedures:

• Baby circumcision
• Cystoscopy
• Nephrectomy
• Ureteroscopy
• Ureteral stent placement
• Difficult catheter placement using cystoscopy and guidewire
• Lithotripsy
• Bladder fulguration
• Irrigation and evacuation of blood clots
• Urethral stricture dilation
• Orchiopexy
• Prostate needle biopsy
• Sacral neuromodulation
• Scrotal debridement
• Scrotal exploration
• Scrotal abscess incision and drainage (I&D)
• Circumcision for paraphimosis
• Suprapubic catheter placement
• Transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) occasional
• Transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) occasional
• Vasectomy
