Job Details: Job Location: Russ Darrow Corporate - Menomonee Falls, WI 53051, Position Type: Full Time, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and hold the sales team accountable to performance goals and standards Work directly with customers and sales staff to build relationships and enhance the overall sales process Assist in desking deals, structuring transactions, and closing both new and pre-owned sales Train, coach, and mentor Sales Associates on proven sales techniques and product knowledge Monitor and improve team productivity, including lead follow-up, appointments, and closing ratios Support the development of each salesperson’s pipeline and customer base Facilitate ongoing sales training and team development initiatives Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process Collaborate with F&I and other departments to ensure smooth deal flow and customer experience Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, market trends, and dealership offerings About Us The Darrow Difference is the foundation of our success - and we want you to be a part of it!
