Retail HR Generalist - People & Training

Eataly is hiring a Human Resources Generalist for the Chicago store to manage recruitment, onboarding, training, policy interpretation, performance management and employee relations. The role reports to the HRBP and collaborates with the store team to support a positive guest and employee experience. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in retail or hospitality; strong analytic and communication skills; fluency in Spanish is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Eatal
