Operator Terminal

Noble Oil Service Chattanooga, TN is looking for a CDL Class A Plant Operator to join their team. This role is responsible for keeping the flow of both unprocessed waste streams and finished product streams moving in and out of the facility. The position also serves as a Class A fill‑in Utility Driver/Route Specialist, available for assignment to Recovery and Box truck duties as determined by the manager. Why work for Noble Oil Services? Competitive wages Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full‑time employment Group 401(k) with company matching component Generous paid time off, company‑paid training and tuition reimbursement Positive and safe work environments Opportunities for growth and development at all career stages Responsibilities Ensure safety is always the number one priority and follow all Health & Safety procedures to protect yourself and others Load correct fuels to specific customers, adhere to legal weight limits, and perform proper filtration, sampling and identification of fuel loads for retain samples Operate plant oil processing/recycling equipment Manage oil filter trucks and associated equipment Unload inbound bulk oil, water, sludge and antifreeze Perform or coordinate preventative, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance with vendors as needed Manage inventory of tanks and warehouse Maintain housekeeping standards of the facility and monitor the operations of others Load requested products and volumes onto trailers and railcars per paperwork Organize and maintain truck and rail loading areas Transfer additives to and from various containers Prepare samples of finished products and submit to the lab for approval before shipment to customers Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Class A CDL required Knowledge of railcar, tanker loading, blending, or filling preferred 1 to 3 years of experience in a production‑driven environment Forklift experience preferred Computer skills, attention to detail, counting and reading ability, and time‑management skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Mechanically inclined a plus Ability to lift to 50 lbs, work at heights, climb, and stand for extended periods Work in all weather conditions Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer.
