Member Experience Representative
$22 - $23 per hourInterior Federal

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to make a difference at Interior Federal Credit Union. Key Responsibilities Assist members with financial transactions, account management, loan applications, and product/service inquiries, providing solutions and cross‑selling opportunities. Identify and pursue sales opportunities through outbound calls, engaging with members to promote Credit Union products and services. Support the Business Development Department with various events and projects and solicit members to take action. Take applications for all financial products and services. Serve as a liaison between members and internal departments, resolving issues and ensuring accurate account maintenance and documentation. Float between the Reston and DC branch and serve as a back up as needed. Qualifications Experience: 3–5 years of related experience in a similar role. Education: A high school education or GED. Skills: Excellent communication, sales, and relationship‑building skills. Proficiency with ten‑key calculators, computers, and keyboarding. Ability to lift or pull up to 25 pounds.
