Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, and AngularJS
- Implement client-side and server-side configurations, including business rules, scripts, UI policies, and REST APIs
- Collaborate with ITSM and ITOM product suites to architect and optimize workflows using Flow Designer
- Deliver technical solutions that minimize technical debt and align with architectural standards
- Participate in Agile sprints, deliver update sets, and support release management activities
- Build and maintain ServiceNow AppEngine applications, Workspaces, and Dashboards
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services
- Conduct system upgrades, patching, regression testing, and remediation as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

Required Skills and Experience

- Hands-on experience developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications
- Advanced proficiency with JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, AngularJS
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow core architecture, ITSM, and ITOM
- Proven track record with workflow configuration, Flow Designer, and automation tools
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective collaborative mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled in technical documentation

Preferred Skills

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or relevant certifications
- Familiarity with ServiceNow AppEngine, Workspaces, and Dashboards
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
