Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid Wisconsin SLP License
WI Department of Education Certification
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Dedication to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive evaluations
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor progress
Maintain accurate and timely documentation adhering to school and state requirements
Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech-language needs
Advocate for student communication access and integration in classroom environments
