Join our growing team! Chick-fil-A of Ellisville is hiring friendly faces who love to show hospitality and great customer service. As a Team Member in food preparation, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen serving over a thousand guests daily and specializing in catering for private and event dining.

We are looking for motivated and focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen. If you are interested in gaining hands-on knowledge of general kitchen procedures, food safety, hygiene, and other food service-related experiences, we would like to talk to you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Place product orders.
• Prepare salads and wraps.
• Prepare products in large quantities.
• Customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Product inventory.
• Cleaning projects.
• Cleaning and working with machines.
• Washing dishes.
• Helping with food service and delivery orders.
• Quality control and time/temperature management of products.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job including standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Follow safety and hygiene procedures.
• Meet attendance, punctuality, regular, and consistent.
• Greet customers to ensure they feel comfortable and welcomed.
• Follow Chick-fil-A policies and operational procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.

Starting pay range between $16 and $17 per hour, based on availability.
