ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a high school football and baseball coach, which gave me a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork, and helping others reach their potential. I attended Troy and Auburn, and I'm a proud husband and father of six. Family and sports are a huge part of my life, and I love staying involved in my kids' athletic activities.

I'm passionate about giving back to our community, especially through youth sports. I stay actively involved by coaching Little League and other youth teams, and I also participate in the local Mardi Gras Association. Supporting young athletes and staying connected to our community are important to me.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Jason Young - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
